"Welcome to the Woodlands Lifestyle Centre - We are a unique facility operating in Partnership with Coventry Rugby Club. So what makes us different? Well we are not a typical gym, we are a lifestyle centre in other words we look at exercise as one part of your lifestyle and along with diet and nutrition and how you manage stress, work and everything else that makes up your daily routine. In terms of support when you join the centre we offer one to one tuition on a weekly basis for your first 6 weeks (6 half an hour appointments) to get you into the habit of exercising and meeting the staff.
